POTENTIAL PROFITS IN THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS?

Before I get into how profitable cleaning these types of businesses can be, I want you to know that the machines are easy and many find them fun to use, and you can clean almost anything you can think of. Yes it does require some work, but the machine makes it so easy, and you and your customers will not believe the results you will get, and here is the really neat thing the machine uses very little water especially compared to a commercial pressure washer. We will explain more about the machine a little further on.

The following is an example only, it would be up to you to get the jobs and determine what you charge. With our ongoing support our company is here to help you.

Let’s say you charge only $600 per restaurant/supermarket or other food handling place to go in and clean twice a month (some might want to be cleaned weekly, some monthly). Once you have acquired 22 places at only $600 each, you are looking at $13,200 per month.

Now you may be thinking “gee’s that’s great money, but will they really hire me?" Well it’s up to you to make the contact and do the demo (explained further down under “Getting The Customers), but remember they have probably laid people off and are short staffed, the owners, managers, and head cooks are doing more and more work and staying longer hours, but they must keep this place totally clean or risk getting shut down. They are tired and looking for answers and with our machine you have it. Also remember for them to hire even one person to do cleaning they could spend well over $1,800.00 a month just for their salary. So $600 a month would be a bargain, plus you will be able to clean it better and faster. Because you can do the work of an entire cleaning crew they could even lay more people off saving them money.

Let’s also say you were to hire a helper to make things easier, and to get the job done faster, and you pay him or her $700 a week (which is a decent salary). That is $2,800 a month. If you’re other expenses were around a $1000 a month. That would leave you with a net profit of $10,400 a month, or 124,800 a year in this example. If you cut the number of places you clean in half using the above charges per restaurant, you still would net $62,400 a year.

The bigger the business location the more you would normally charge. It will be up to you to decide what you want to charge, and we will be glad to help you in that regard. There are also other areas in these places that you can make extra money cleaning.

Areas in a typical restaurant that should be cleaned include the floors, the food racks, floor mats, countertops, most equipment, trash cans, sinks, exhaust filters, and exposed plumbing, Walk-in coolers could be priced separately. Things like sidewalks, gum removal, the outside of dumpsters, etc. we suggest should be priced separately. The exhaust system is also priced separately if you want to do it. It is specialty work and there are some exhaust cleaning companies out there, but it may be available to you if you want to do it (we can give you more information on that if you are interested).

Restrooms; We suggest you price separately also. Our machine can clean these nasty bar restaurant bathrooms without having to touch the toilets, urinals, or sinks, it is called touchless cleaning. You can clean all those things plus the walls, stalls, and floors quickly. This is not only true for restaurants but for many businesses. Banquet halls, large hotels with banquet facilities are types of businesses that have large kitchens and many bathrooms.

And we have only talked about the back end (kitchen area) of the business. You can also clean the entrances, walk-in mats, sidewalks, and nothing will remove chewing gum faster. You can clean storage areas, bottle return areas, walls, floors, and all their equipment. You can also clean the back end of their delivery trucks, and even dumpsters. Restaurants, supermarkets, butcher shops, processing plants, even grocery stores all have walk-in coolers. These must be cleaned regularly and they will only take you a few minutes to clean, at anywhere from $100 to $300 each depending on size. You will even be able to clean their carpets with a couple of pieces of optional equipment (there is good money in cleaning restaurant carpets).

In supermarkets another big area that requires regular cleaning is the shopping carts, and they must be sanitized when cleaned.

Shopping Carts More Germy Than Public Restrooms

Arkansas Set to Pass Law Forcing Grocery Stores to Clean Up Their Carts Feb. 8, 2007

Grocery store shopping cart handles have more germs than public restrooms, making them one of the worst public places for germs, according to researchers.

It's a problem that at least one state, Arkansas, is trying to address, by passing a law forcing stores to clean up their carts.

How germy could shopping carts really be? Very, according to researchers at the University of Arizona who tested all kinds of public surfaces. They found that shopping carts were loaded with more saliva, bacteria and even fecal matter than escalators, public telephones, and even public bathrooms.

The only surfaces that had more germs were playground equipment and bus rails.

The Arkansas law will push grocery stores to provide sanitation wipes at the door so customers don't have to wrap their hands around the last shopper's bacteria.

"When I was campaigning, many of my constituents brought it to my attention [that] many shopping carts could possibly have germs and contamination on them," Rep. Fred Allen, D-Ark., told "Good Morning America."

"Every kid in America teethes on shopping cart handles," said Dr. Chuck Gerba at the University of Arizona. "They don't have the best sanitary habits. … I mean, you're putting your broccoli where their butt was."

That's why Amanda Gutstadt always carries sanitizer when she shops with her son Max, especially during flu season.

Even a fifth-grader can detect the germs. Nicole Shaw's testing of shopping carts Wednesday night won her a spot in the North Carolina Regional Science Fair.

"When I found the E.coli, I thought it was pretty nasty," she said.

GETTNG THE CUSTOMERS:

One of the easiest ways to get business is by demonstration. We find this is true whether it is carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, or whatever, demonstrations sell because seeing is believing.

You will explain to your customer that you can clean faster and better than four or five guys can clean and do it cheaper (what does four or five employees cost them a month?). You will explain that the machine uses temperatures so hot that it sanitizes while it cleans and has the ability to quickly and thoroughly clean just about everything in the restaurant. You will tell them that because the heat actually does the cleaning so the machine uses very little water especially compared to a large pressure washer.

To demonstrate you can clean their trash cans, or a small area on their dumpster, clean one of their rubber mats or their cement entrance. You won’t have a problem finding something to demonstrate on, and you will blow them away with what this machine can do. Believe me when I say they have never seen anything like this. They will be thoroughly impressed and will want to say “Yes”. This and other marketing information are in the included training and marketing manual that comes with the machine.

In business it is a numbers game. The more businesses you visit the faster you will grow. So at first you set a goal of visiting and demonstrating to potential customers every day. As your business grows you won’t be able to visit places every day, as you will be cleaning some days. But the days you are not cleaning you visit more. When you get to a point where you are not be able to visit potential customers because you are be too busy cleaning, you will need to make a decision, stay as you are or buy another machine and grow your business even bigger.

I HOPE YOU ARE BEGINNING TO SEE THE POTENTIAL FOR OUR MACHINES; THEY ARE UNIQUE AND THER ABILITY TO CLEAN SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS GIVES YOU THE ABILITY TO MAKE A LOT OF MONEY!

GROWING YOUR BUSINESS

We talked about a helper; a helper is always good to have. As they get good, which won’t take long, they can take over and have their own helper. Now you have a crew, this is key to growing your business. Buy another machine and start the process all over. It really is that easy.

SUPPORT

The machine and the process is very easy to do, and the machine comes with a complete operations manual, it is simple to use and we are always here to help and can take care of most problems and questions over the phone. Besides the manuals on the machines we will give you marketing information, information on starting your new business, sample invoices, brochure, letters, referral program, and much more.

Our training manual includes guidelines for cleaning multiple types of businesses including restaurants, decks, and cars in car lots, mobile cleaning, and more.

ECONOMY

Here are some responses from one of the cleaning boards about how business is doing in this economy

People often ask me "how is business, has this economy slowed you down any?" They are amazed when I tell them I am very busy and business is great. I told my finacial advisor this and he said that's the first business he's heard that can say that. Last yr my lawyer said the same thing when I told him. I really could tell them every yr has gotten better and this is my best yr yet. WOW, what a blessing! I have much to be thankful for.

Good job Tim

There is also something to be said about what it takes to 'satisfy' a family too. Why is it 1 house can live on XX a year the next door neighbor with the same house cannot survive on 30K more than the other??

standard of living & retirement saving expectation - & then BOY TOYS.... changes everything

I've been waiting for the big slowdown for over a year myself and I too am swamped with work.I had at last 15 callers last month that needed things done right away and I just couldn't squeeze in another job.

Every once in awhile I get tempted to complain about burnout, but then I remember all those sitting at home with no work and I am thankful!

Business success is what you make of it. I'm a one man operation and business has been great. I haven't had time to upgrade my van or eqipment. Can't wait for the business Christmas season!

My stock portfolio and my wive's 401K are now doing great as well. It's ironic how the lower Obama's popularity goes down, the higher the stock market goes. I'm echoing what the financial experts are saying.

I give all Glory, Honor and Praise to GOD!
